How long until I get my order?

Please allow two business days for your order to process and up to five business days for it to be delivered or shipped. In the event of a backorder or other issue with your order, processing will take longer and you will be notified.

Can I break a case?

The packing provided on items (be it 12 quarts to a case, 4 gallons or otherwise) are the smallest units available for order via Smaller quantities may be arranged with phone orders on special occasions: 850-575-0921.

Can I have my order shipped via freight?

Freight shipping is available for large orders and is arranged on a case-by-case basis.

How are the shipping charges calculated?

Shipping charges are calculated by address. For shipping by UPS your address and the weight and dimensions of your order are run through their system and determined with no other input from SPA. 

For local delivery SPA offers free local delivery on orders above $100 within the greater Tallahassee area. Local delivery for orders under $100 incurs a $10-15 delivery charge based on zip code.

I have special instructions for local delivery, what do I do?

Once your delivery option is selected and you continue to “Proceed with Checkout”, at the very bottom is a space titled “Order Notes (Optional)” . This is where you can place any special instructions for call aheads, entrance use, hours of operation/availability, or otherwise.

I'm not sure what paper or soap fits my dispensers, how do I find out?
