XP™ Urine Stain and Odor Remover is ready-to-use and can be used on urinals, carpets, mattresses, tiles & grout, upholstery, fabrics and any other soft or hard surface not affected by water. It works as excellent pre-treatment for carpets and stained clothes. XP™ can be used in schools, health care facilities, food service locations, gas stations, hospitality centers, and other facilities.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

From a distance of about 10-12 inches, spray evenly onto the surface where necessary. Wait 5 minutes. Rinse with water or wipe dry. Reapply & wait longer (2-3 hours) if stain reappears or odor persists.
